Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

At Japanned, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. To maintain transparency and reduce order cancellations, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) for select products and customers.
1. What is Partial COD?
Partial COD allows you to confirm your order by paying a small advance amount online, with the remaining balance payable in cash at the time of delivery.
For example:

Total Order Value: ₹2,000

Advance Payment: ₹950 (paid online during checkout)

Amount Payable on Delivery: ₹1050
2. Why We Use Partial COD

To prevent fake or unconfirmed COD orders.

To ensure genuine interest in the purchase.

To maintain faster and more reliable delivery service.

To offer continued access to COD for trusted customers.
3. Advance Payment Details

The advance amount is usually 40%–49% of the total order value, depending on the product.

The advance payment is non-refundable in case of order cancellation after dispatch.

If your order cannot be fulfilled by Japanned, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
4. Payment Methods for Advance
You can complete the advance payment securely using:

UPI

Net Banking
-
Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
5. COD Balance Payment
The remaining amount must be paid in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready.
6. Eligibility
Partial COD is available for:

Orders within India only.

Customers with a valid shipping address and contact number.

Eligible products as shown on the product page or during checkout.
Japanned reserves the right to disable COD for accounts with repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals.
7. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund of the advance.

Orders cancelled after dispatch or refused on delivery will forfeit the advance payment.

In case of product damage, defect, or wrong item delivered, the standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.
